Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit of £100 per car will be required and is non-refundable. The balance of payment for hire is payable 28 days prior to the wedding.

2. If the booking is cancelled after 01st March of the same year or within the preceding 90 days of the booked wedding date the full balance will become due.

3. The wedding date cannot be postponed, only cancelled and re-booked; conditions 1 and 2 will still apply in this instance.

4. In the event of the extent and/or duration of the journeys required on the wedding day differing from the details shown on the booking form at the time of booking, an additional charge of £50 per hour will become due, this amount will become due 28 days prior to the wedding

5. Passengers are required by law to wear (when fitted) seat belts at all times.

6. In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete the booking for reasons beyond our control an alternative vehicle(s) may be supplied. Beyond this we will not be liable.

7. Although we will endeavor to meet deadlines we accept no responsibility for any delays, however caused.

8. No responsibility will be accepted for any loss or damage to personal property or luggage.

9. No responsibility will be accepted for restrictions relating to vehicle access to any location.

10. For the consideration of other clients smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
